Love- deep affection, fondness, warmth, intimacy, etc.
If you really sit down (hopefully with a glass of lemonade) and think about it love is one of those words which no one can truly pin point and give you a definitive definition for and therefore, can’t really explain it to someone one to verify if they indeed know what love is.
But I believe this is something wonderful. How can you possibly be expected to pin point a feeling that scientifically has been said to lasts a 7 years at most, can happen at first sight, by the reading of letters, a smile, or a touch? I have been thinking about love lately. I have only experience love for my parents, dog, friends, and myself. This love is not like the romantic love, but it’s the kind that brings a smile, a satisfaction and the blind acceptance of their entire being.
These last couple of weeks have all about love and happiness. Acceptance is a HUGE part. Acceptance of what the reality of a relationship is, the reality of what you have at your disposal, the reality that you have a stocky upper body, and the reality that you don’t need what everyone else says you need, you only need what you know YOU need.
I ask you to lay down on a mat on the ground and relax all your muscles. Start with you neck, shoulders, remember to breath, and work your way down to toes. Let your mind wander and silence itself. You might happily find yourself after a couple of minutes smiling.
One thing I do know about love is that when you are smiling you most likely found it.
